How it works

Book a 10-minute call

We’ll talk briefly about:

  • Your family, your baby’s age or due date

  • What kind of support are you hoping for (overnight care, postpartum visits, sibling help, travel, care navigation, IVF/SMC support, etc.)

  • Your schedule, language preferences (English/Spanish), and any special circumstances

At the end of the free call, I’ll suggest a few options that fit your needs and budget.

Choose a Support Plan

After our call, I’ll send you a short follow‑up email outlining:

  • The services we discussed (for example: “2 overnights/week for 3 weeks,” or “weekly postpartum visits + sibling support”)

  • A clear description of what’s included

  • Your estimated total cost and payment options

We’ll adjust the plan until it feels right for your family.

Sign Your Agreement + Reserve Your Dates

When you’re ready to move forward:

  • I’ll send a simple service agreement and invoice electronically.

  • You’ll sign the agreement and pay 50% total cost to reserve your dates.

  • Once that’s complete, your support is officially booked on my calendar.

Begin Care

Before services start, you’ll receive:

  • A brief intake form so I understand your routines, preferences, and any safety/health considerations.

  • For overnight care: a simple checklist of what to have ready (bottles, sleep space, feeding plan, emergency contact info, etc.).
